We are seeking a friendly and organised Dental Receptionist to join our Karrinyup centre in a full-time position.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy, patient-focused clinic where you’ll play a key role in creating a positive experience for patients from the moment they walk through the door.
rostered shifts between Tuesday to Saturday
Standard clinic hours within 8:00am – 6:00pm
This role is primarily reception-focused and suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Welcoming patients and managing front desk enquiries
Coordinating appointments and clinician schedules
Handling phone calls, payments and administrative tasks
Supporting smooth daily clinic operations
Assisting the wider team to deliver an exceptional patient experience
Previous reception or customer service experience
Basic dental knowledge preferred
Strong computer and administration skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, reliable and team-focused approach
Ability to multitask within a busy clinic environment
Willingness to complete a National Police Check
Full-time stability with consistent hours
