About the role:
The role on offer is a permanent part-time position two days a week. The set hours are 8:00am - 5:30pm on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and alternating Saturdays
This position would suit someone who has preferably had experience as a dental receptionist. We are looking for someone who is wanting to build a career, with intention of taking on senior positions, responsibilities, and significant higher pay.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Patient care and management
Completing daily duties
Maintaining a clean and healthy clinical environment
Greeting patients in a warm and friendly conduct
Answering phones in a polite and professional manner
Managing patient appointments, including scheduling, cancellations & rescheduling
Processing eftpos payments, hicaps claims and handling cash
Handling patient care and enquries to a high standard
Maintaining accurate patient records
About you:
Experience as a dental receptionist (preferred but not required)
Team player, punctual, honest and outgoing
Able to provide a warm, kind customer service attitude
Have excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Computer literate
