What You’ll Do:
Source & Attract: Identify and engage the best candidates, building strong, dynamic talent pools.
Relationship Management: Partner with hiring managers and candidates to create seamless recruitment experiences.
High-Impact Recruiting: Deliver results in a fast-paced environment, filling roles that keep our clinical operations running smoothly.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards, visa regulations, and workforce requirements.
Qualifications
Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in healthcare or dental.
Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with a consultative and solutions-driven approach.
Familiarity with ATS platforms (SmartRecruiters preferred) and recruitment marketing techniques.
