The Dental Implants & Aesthetics Lab is a well-established and fast-growing dental laboratory, utilising cutting-edge technologies. Located in a prime position at Premion Place in Southport, our lab offers a dynamic environment where you can deliver exceptional services.
Founded in 2016, we provide dentists with a full range of services including crown & bridgework, all-ceramic & tooth-coloured restorations, implants, removable prosthodontics, splints, and much more.
The role
We’re excited to offer a full-time opportunity for a skilled Dental Ceramist with a strong background in crown and bridge work. Join our team and put your expertise to use in crafting prosthetic teeth and restorations from impressions or digital designs. You’ll work with ceramics, resins, and metals, shaping, staining, and glazing e-max, zirconia, and PFM crowns, bridges, and implants. In this role, you’ll also manage quality control, oversee timely delivery, and use digital imaging tools to perfect results. Our lab manager will handle communication with the dentists to ensure seamless collaboration. About you
Degree in Dental Technology
Australian work rights
3+ years of experience working as a ceramist
Knowledge of using CAD/CAM units
Experience with 3Shape or Exocad is an advantage
Excellent customer service, time management and organisational skills
Ability to work autonomously and as a team to achieve team objectives
Strong attention to detail
A confident and energetic approach to work, with the ability to build relationships with our patients and team
