Our Opportunity

We have a rewarding opportunity for a Full-Time Dental Assistant to join our friendly team at Pacific Smiles Sylvania. With 3 dental chairs in operation, you’ll enjoy a close-knit and supportive environment where your skills and contribution will be valued.

What You’ll Do

• Provide chairside assistance across a wide range of dental procedures

• Maintain sterilisation and infection control standards

• Deliver outstanding patient care and ensure a welcoming experience

• Support dentists and the wider clinical team with daily operations

What You’ll Bring

• Previous dental assisting experience (preferred, but not essential)

• A caring, positive attitude and team-first approach

• Reliability and commitment to a full-time roster

• Strong focus on patient care and safety
