Looking for a stable role in a friendly, well-established dental clinic where you’re truly part of the team? Our Ringwood centre is growing and we’re offering permanent full-time and part-time opportunities for an experienced Dental Assistant to join our supportive, close-knit team.

Our Opportunity

  • Permanent full-time and permanent part-time positions available

  • 3-chair, established clinic with a loyal patient base

  • Late finish Thursdays until 8:15pm

  • Rotating weekend shifts (penalty rates apply)

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Chair-side assisting across a range of dental procedures

  • Maintaining high standards of sterilisation and infection control

  • Preparing treatment rooms and supporting dentists throughout the day

  • Delivering safe, professional and empathetic patient care

  • Supporting smooth daily clinic operations

  • Working closely with the team to deliver an excellent patient experience

About You

  • Dental Assistant experience preferred

  • Confident chair-side and across daily clinical duties

  • Strong knowledge of infection control and compliance

  • Reliable, professional and team-focused

  • Excellent communication skills and a patient-first mindset
