Looking for a permanent part-time role that fits around your life, not the other way around? We’re growing across our Capalaba and Victoria Point centres and are looking for Dental Assistants and Receptionists to join our friendly, supportive teams.

With multiple roles available, you can choose the position that best suits your experience and interests — clinical, front desk, or a mix of both.

Dental Assistant Roles

Ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on clinical work and being part of a busy dental team.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Chair-side assisting across a range of dental procedures

• Sterilisation and infection control

• Preparing treatment rooms and supporting dentists

• Providing high-quality, empathetic patient care

• Supporting daily clinic operations and teamwork

Receptionist Roles

Perfect for those who thrive in customer service and enjoy keeping things organised.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Welcoming patients and creating a great first impression

• Managing appointment bookings and diaries

• Handling phone and in-centre enquiries

• Processing payments and supporting administrative tasks

• Supporting smooth day-to-day centre operations

About You

• Experience as a Dental Assistant or Receptionist preferred (but not essential)

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• A positive, reliable and team-focused attitude

• Commitment to patient care, safety and professionalism

• Willingness to work across Capalaba and/or Victoria Point if required
