We’re growing at our Keysborough dental centre and are looking for a friendly, organised Dental Assistant / Receptionist to join our team. We’re offering both permanent full-time and permanent part-time options, depending on what suits your availability and experience.

This role is primarily reception-based, with dental assisting support as required — perfect for someone who enjoys patient interaction, admin, and being the hub of a busy clinic.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Welcoming patients and creating a positive first impression

  • Managing appointment bookings and dentist diaries

  • Handling phone, email and in-centre enquiries

  • Processing payments and health fund claims

  • Supporting chair-side assisting, sterilisation and infection control as required

  • Maintaining smooth daily clinic operations

  • Working closely with the clinical and admin team to deliver an excellent patient experience

About You

  • Experience in dental reception and/or dental assisting

  • Strong customer service, communication and organisation skills

  • Confident using booking systems and handling patient enquiries

  • Reliable, professional and calm in a busy environment

  • Team-focused with a patient-first mindset
