Our Opportunity

We’re excited to welcome a Full-Time Dental Assistant to our friendly and high-performing Balgowlah centre.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team in a modern practice while enjoying a great work-life balance with a Monday to Thursday roster — giving you a three-day weekend every week!

To help you get started, we’re offering a $2,000 sign-on bonus:

• $1,000 paid on commencement

• $1,000 loyalty bonus paid after 6 months

What You’ll Be Doing

• Chairside assisting across a wide range of dental treatments

• Preparing rooms and maintaining sterilisation standards

• Supporting patient flow and reception tasks when required

• Delivering a warm, professional patient experience

• Working closely with dentists and the wider clinical team

About You

You’re friendly, reliable and passionate about delivering great patient care. You’ll also bring:

• Experience as a Dental Assistant across chairside and sterilisation

• Strong understanding of infection control protocols

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Professionalism, punctuality and attention to detail
