What You’ll Be Doing

• Chair-side assisting across a broad range of dental procedures

• Managing patient bookings, phone enquiries and front desk support

• Maintaining high standards of sterilisation and infection control

• Preparing treatment rooms and supporting dentists throughout the day

• Delivering warm, professional and empathetic patient care

• Supporting smooth day-to-day clinic operations

• Working closely with the wider team to ensure an exceptional patient experience

About You

• Proven experience as a Dental Assistant / Receptionist (essential)

• Comfortable across chair-side assisting, reception and sterilisation duties

• Strong knowledge of infection control and clinical compliance

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Reliable, punctual and highly professional

• A team-focused approach with a passion for patient care
