We’re looking for an experienced Full-Time Dental Assistant to join our busy, well-established Penrith centre.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a high-volume, 8-chair practice that delivers both general and complex dentistry, including implants, GA and surgical procedures. If you’re an all-rounder Dental Assistant who enjoys variety, fast-paced days, and expanding your clinical skills, this role will keep you engaged and challenged.
You’ll be supported by a strong leadership team and work alongside experienced clinicians in a centre known for its professionalism, teamwork and quality patient care.
Full-time, permanent position
9-day fortnight roster (approx. 8.5–9 hours per day)
Centre operating 7 days a week
Late close once per week (10:15am–7:45pm on Wednesday or Thursday)
Weekend work required as part of the roster (extra pay!)
Centre Operating Hours:
Monday, Tuesday & Friday: 7:30am – 6:00pm
Wednesday & Thursday: 7:30am – 7:30pm
Saturday: 7:30am – 5:30pm
Sunday: 9:00am – 4:00pm
Chairside assisting across general and complex dental procedures (or opportunities to learn these more complex procedures)
Sterilisation, infection control and clinical room setup
Assisting with patient care to deliver a seamless experience
Supporting reception and team operations as required
Working collaboratively in a large, fast-paced clinical team

You’re a confident, reliable Dental Assistant who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys working across a wide range of treatments. You’ll bring:
Experience as a Dental Assistant all-rounder
Experience assisting with implants, sleep dentistry and complex surgical procedures ideal
Strong understanding of sterilisation and infection control standards
A caring, patient-focused approach
Flexibility to work across weekdays, late shifts and weekends
Reliability, professionalism and attention to detail
