Our Opportunity

We have a versatile, exciting and rewarding opportunity at our Nowra centre for Dental Assistants seeking permanent part-time employment.

Our modern dental practice includes 4 chairs and delivers a wide range of dental treatments. You’ll join a friendly, supportive team in a welcoming centre with a strong patient‑care focus.

  • Flexible availability across the week is essential, with weekends included on a rotational basis (penalty rates apply!)

  • Centrally located on Nowra’s main street, close to shops, services and nearby parking

  • Supportive Centre Leader within a well‑established local clinic

Your Skills and Attributes

Above all, you're friendly, enthusiastic, and dedicated, with the ability to build rapport quickly. You’ll also bring:

  • While experience as a Dental Assistant across chair‑side, sterilisation and/or reception is preferred, we’re open to those keen to learn and develop their skills

  • Strong understanding of sterilisation and infection control protocols

  • A caring, team-focused approach to patient care

  • Reliability, punctuality, and a desire for high standards
