We’re looking for an experienced Dental Assistant to join our busy and professional team at nib Dental Care Sydney CBD.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a modern, high-performing centre in the heart of the city, supporting clinicians across general and complex dental treatments including implants, GA and surgical procedures.
You’ll be part of a collaborative, supportive team where professionalism, teamwork and patient care are at the centre of everything we do.
About the Role
Permanent full-time position
Monday to Friday roster with standard hours (8:00am – 6:00pm)
Occasional Saturday shifts may be required
Busy CBD centre with strong patient demand
Exposure to a wide variety of general and complex treatments
What You’ll Be Doing
Chairside assisting across general and complex dental procedures
Supporting implant, GA and surgical treatments
Preparing rooms and maintaining sterilisation standards
Supporting smooth patient flow and clinical operations
Delivering a warm, professional patient experience
Working closely with a highly skilled clinical team

About You
You’re a confident, experienced Dental Assistant who enjoys working in a fast-paced clinical environment and takes pride in delivering excellent patient care.
You’ll bring:
Experience as a Dental Assistant all-rounder
Experience assisting with implants, GA or complex surgical procedures (highly regarded)
Strong knowledge of infection control and sterilisation protocols
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Reliability, professionalism and attention to detail
