Are you an experienced Dental Assistant looking for a role where you can utilise both your clinical and reception skills? Our Lane Cove centre is seeking a confident, reliable Dental Assistant to join our team in a permanent full-time position.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy, well-established clinic where you'll work alongside experienced clinicians and gain exposure to a broad range of treatments, including implants, general anaesthetic procedures and complex surgical dentistry.

Our Opportunity

• Permanent full-time position

• Availability required Monday to Friday

• Weekend availability essential

• Late close on Thursdays (7:15pm finish)

• Busy, established dental centre with a strong patient base

• Reception-focused role with clinical support responsibilities

• Exposure to advanced and complex dental procedures

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing patient bookings, phone enquiries and front desk operations

• Creating a positive patient experience from arrival through to departure

• Chairside assisting across a range of dental procedures

• Supporting implant, GA and complex surgical treatments

• Sterilisation and infection control

• Preparing treatment rooms and supporting clinicians

• Working collaboratively to ensure smooth daily clinic operations

About You

• Dental Assistant experience essential

• Strong reception and customer service skills

• Confident across chairside, sterilisation and front desk duties

• Experience with implants, GA and complex surgical procedures highly regarded

• Strong knowledge of infection control and clinical compliance

• Reliable, professional and organised

• Passionate about delivering exceptional patient care
