We are seeking for highly motivated individuals to join our friendly team as casual/part-time Dental Assistant & Receptionist. This is an opportunity to learn more about the health services industry and to hone your skills in a warm and inclusive practice.

About The Role:

As a Dental Assistant & Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in positively engaging with patients while delivering high-quality care professionally. Your responsibilities will encompass providing dental services, managing reception/administrative tasks, including patient bookings, and maintaining hygiene/safety control procedures. While prior experience is preferred, this role is well-suited for individuals looking to make their mark in the health services industry.

Other responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Following up with patients and suppliers
Setting up the clinic for procedures
Restocking dental and office supplies
Interacting with patients in person, over the phone, and by email
Sterilisation of dental instruments

About you :

As a practice member who is trusted to provide quality patient care, you will display a positive and professional attitude. You will be working in small team and autonomously, so having the initiative to complete tasks is essential. In addition to your engaging manner, you will have a strong work ethic and be willing to learn new skills.

Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
Able to multitask and adapt
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Computer literate
Proficiency in English
Previous Dental Nursing/Assisting experience is highly favourable but can provide training to the highly suitable applicant(s).
Having approval to work in Australia
