Our Opportunity

We’re excited to welcome a Trainee Dental Assistant to our friendly Keysborough centre, operating 3 modern dental chairs. This is the perfect opportunity for someone ready to start a rewarding career in healthcare, learn new skills, and grow within a supportive team.

As a Trainee Dental Assistant, you’ll learn to provide professional, effective and efficient support to our practitioners and patients. You’ll be trained across chairside assisting, sterilisation, reception, and patient services, ensuring smooth, high-quality centre operations.

• Availability: Monday to Friday, weekends essential

• Hours: Standard shifts 8am–6pm

• Skills required: Standard DA all-rounder skills (will be trained)

What You Will Learn

• Chairside dental assisting

• Sterilisation & infection control

• Reception duties and patient bookings

• Providing exceptional patient care

• Daily clinic operations across a busy 3-chair practice

About You

No prior dental experience is required — we’re looking for someone with the right attitude and eagerness to learn. You are:

• Motivated to begin a healthcare career

• A strong team player with good communication

• A recent high school graduate or someone with equivalent schooling preferred

• Willing to work weekdays and weekends as required
