Our Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Dental Assistant to join our team across Helensvale and Coomera (even split between clinics).

As a key hub clinic supporting our Gold Coast network, Helensvale offers exposure to both general dentistry and specialist treatments in a busy and rewarding clinical environment. With up to 5 chairs running, this is a fantastic opportunity for a confident Dental Assistant ready to take the next step in their career.

In this role, you’ll work closely with the Practice Manager and wider team to support daily centre operations while delivering an exceptional patient experience. You’ll enjoy a varied role across two sites including; chairside assisting, sterilisation, reception support, workflow coordination, and team guidance.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing high-quality chairside assistance across a wide range of treatments

  • Supporting specialist and complex procedures

  • Maintaining high infection control and sterilisation standards

  • Assisting with reception and patient coordination as required

  • Supporting daily centre operations and workflow management

  • Helping guide and support less experienced team members

  • Working closely with the Centre Leader to support a positive and high-performing culture

About You

  • Previous Dental Assisting experience is essential

  • Strong understanding of infection control and clinical procedures

  • Experience supporting complex or specialist treatments highly regarded

  • Confident working in a busy, fast-paced environment

  • Positive, reliable, and team-focused attitude

  • Strong communication and organisational skills

  • Leadership or mentoring experience highly regarded

  • Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting preferred
