About the role
Join SA Dental as a Senior Dental Assistant and play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality oral health services across a Statewide Dental Services clinic. You'll coordinate daily clinic operations, provide chair-side assistance to dental practitioners, and ensure infection control, sterilisation, administration and client fee processes are delivered to the highest standard.
Working closely with dental practitioners, District Managers and multidisciplinary teams, you'll supervise and support dental assistants, receptionists and trainees while fostering a collaborative and positive workplace. This is an exciting opportunity to combine your clinical expertise with leadership responsibilities to help deliver exceptional patient care and efficient clinic operations.
About You
You are an experienced Dental Assistant who enjoys leading teams and delivering outstanding patient care in a busy clinical environment.
• Experience providing chair-side dental assistance
• Strong leadership, organisation and customer service skills
• Knowledge of infection control and sterilisation procedures
• Ability to build positive relationships and support team development
