What You’ll Be Doing

• Welcoming patients and creating a positive first impression

• Managing appointment bookings and dentist diaries

• Handling phone, email and in-centre enquiries

• Processing payments and private health fund claims

• Supporting general administration and daily clinic operations

• Working closely with the clinical team to ensure a smooth patient journey

About You

• Reception or customer service experience (healthcare experience advantageous but not essential)

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Confident using computer systems and managing bookings

• Professional, reliable and patient-focused

• A positive, team-first attitude
