Our Opportunity

We’re looking for a reliable and adaptable Full-Time Dental Assistant to join our friendly Tweed Heads team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a true all-rounder DA who enjoys variety in their day and thrives in a busy, patient-focused environment. You’ll support across chairside assisting, sterilisation and reception, playing a key role in helping the centre run smoothly and delivering a great experience for every patient.

With a consistent Monday to Friday roster, this role offers stability, work-life balance and the chance to grow your skills within a supportive team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Chairside assisting across a range of dental treatments

• Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining sterilisation standards

• Supporting reception with bookings, payments and patient enquiries

• Helping manage smooth patient flow throughout the day

• Working collaboratively with dentists and the wider team

About You

You’re friendly, organised and enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment. Ideally, you’ll bring:

• Experience as a Dental Assistant all-rounder

• Confidence supporting reception duties and patient enquiries

• Strong understanding of sterilisation and infection control protocols

• A caring, patient-focused approach

• Reliability, professionalism and attention to detail
