Looking for a full-time role where your dental experience is valued and your people skills really shine? Our Bondi Junction centre is seeking an experienced Dental Assistant who enjoys working primarily on reception, while still supporting the clinical team when required.

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves patient interaction, enjoys keeping a busy front desk running smoothly, and wants a stable role in a modern, well-established dental centre.

• Permanent full-time position

• Reception-focused role with clinical support as needed

• Alternate late finish Thursdays until 7pm

What You’ll Be Doing

• Welcoming patients and creating a positive first impression

• Managing appointment bookings and dentist diaries

• Handling phone, email and in-centre patient enquiries

• Processing payments and general administrative tasks

• Supporting chair-side assisting and sterilisation when required

• Maintaining high standards of infection control and compliance

• Working closely with the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations

About You

• Proven experience as a Dental Assistant (essential)

• Confident working in a reception-heavy role

• Strong communication, organisation and customer service skills

• Excellent attention to detail and time management

• Reliable, professional and team-focused

• Passion for delivering outstanding patient care
