We're looking for an experienced Full-Time Dental Assistant to join our thriving Maroochydore centre. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a growing clinic with a fantastic team culture, modern facilities and a busy, established patient base.

We're ideally looking for an all-round Dental Assistant who enjoys variety and is confident supporting across chair-side assisting, sterilisation and reception. If you're someone who loves working collaboratively and delivering exceptional patient care, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

As a valued member of our team, you'll support the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice by:

• Providing chair-side assistance across a wide range of dental treatments

• Maintaining high standards of sterilisation and infection control

• Supporting reception with patient bookings, enquiries and administration

• Preparing treatment rooms and instruments

• Delivering a welcoming, professional experience for every patient

What You'll Bring

• Previous Dental Assistant experience is essential

• Confidence across chair-side assisting, sterilisation and reception

• Strong knowledge of infection control protocols

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Availability to work Thursday evenings until 7:30pm

• Willingness to participate in a rotating weekend roster

• A positive attitude and commitment to outstanding patient care
