Our Opportunity

We’re expanding our team at Helensvale and are looking for Dental Assistants to join us in both permanent full-time and part-time roles.

Our 7-chair centre is a busy, high-performing clinic offering a wide range of general and advanced dental procedures — making this a fantastic opportunity for experienced Dental Assistants looking to build their skills and work alongside a highly capable clinical team.

This role is best suited to someone seeking stability and long-term commitment — it won’t suit students due to the consistency required.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Chairside assisting across general and complex dental treatments

  • Supporting advanced procedures and expanding your clinical skills

  • Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining sterilisation standards

  • Assisting with patient flow and ensuring a smooth clinical experience

  • Working closely with a large, supportive clinical team

What We Offer

  • Permanent full-time and part-time opportunities

  • Above award wages + penalty rates + corporate fitness discounts

  • Exposure to advanced dentistry and complex procedures

  • Modern, well-equipped 7-chair centre

  • Supportive Centre Leader and experienced clinicians

  • Ongoing training, coaching and career development

  • Job security within a growing national dental network

  • A positive, high-performing team culture

About You

You’re a reliable, experienced Dental Assistant who enjoys working in a busy environment and takes pride in delivering excellent patient care. You’ll bring:

  • Experience as a Dental Assistant all-rounder

  • Exposure to or interest in advanced dental procedures

  • Strong understanding of sterilisation and infection control

  • A team-focused, proactive approach

  • Reliability, flexibility and commitment to a consistent roster
