Your Role: Create An Impactful Change
We’re on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Dental Assistant Coach to become an integral part of our team in Primary Care. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the careers of both new and experienced dental assistants and trainees, offering personalized mentorship and hands-on coaching. You'll provide invaluable support, practical training, and industry insights to help them refine their skills, build confidence, and excel in their roles. Together, we’ll make a meaningful and lasting impact on the future of dental care, empowering each assistant to reach their full potential and elevate the quality of service provided to patients.
