Focus On Family Dental is expanding! To help our growing team we are seeking a bubbly, highly motivated, flexible, and reliable Dental Assistant/Receptionist to join our friendly team on a full-time basis, 5 days a week.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain positive relationships by providing excellent customer service to our patients

Managing all incoming and outgoing calls, emails and specialist correspondence

Greeting all incoming patients warmly and professionally

Maintaining the appointment book

Managing patient accounts and follow-up appointments

Associated administrative work

Assisting with sterilisation to ensure equipment processing is managed throughout the day

Dental assisting whenever required

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years in dental experience

Flexibility to work on the front desk or in the surgery

D4W software knowledge (preferred but not a must)

Knowledge of infection control and sterilisation procedures

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
